The Civil Engineering department was established in the year 2011 and it offers a UG course named B.E Civil Engineering. The program follows the curriculum set by Anna University and offers value added courses in order to prepare the students as industry-ready products. The department of Civil Engineering is headed by Dr. L. Andal who has got experience for more than two decades in reputed institutions like PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and MEPCO Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi. She is also a recognized research supervisor from Anna University, Chennai and peer reviewer for International Journals in the field of Structural Engineering. The department functions with well experienced faculty members in various domains of Civil Engineering. The department is accredited by NBA from academic year 2023 - 24 onwards.
