About Grievance Redressal

The Grievance Redressal Committee(GRC) was formed as per AICTE notification F.No. AICTE/PG/2012/20/SRO/06/1143, dated 25-07-2012.

Objective

Redressing the grievances of staff, students, parents and other employees.

Functions

1. To receive any grievance from any quarter with an open mind
2. To look into the genuineness of the grievance
3. To find mechanisms to redress the grievance to the satisfaction of parties involved.

How to tender a Grievance?

The complaint may

1. Meet any member of the committee and submit the grievance in writing
2. Drop the written grievance in one of the suggestion boxes
3. Send an e-mail to: gdc@vcet.ac.in
4. Click here to submit through online
