The Mechanical Engineering Department is equipped with a comprehensive range of state-of- the-art laboratories that support effective teaching, hands-on learning, and advanced experimentation. Our Manufacturing Technology Laboratories (I & II) provide facilities for machining, forming, and modern production practices. Thermal Engineering Laboratories (I & II) enable students to explore thermodynamics, heat transfer, and energy systems. The CAD and Digital Manufacturing Laboratories support 3D modeling, simulation, and computer-integrated manufacturing. Mechatronics and Dynamics Laboratories offer platforms to study automation, control systems, vibrations, and mechanisms. Precision engineering skills are strengthened through the Metrology & Measurements Laboratory. The Basic Workshop introduces foundational fabrication techniques, while the Fluid Mechanics and Strength of Materials Laboratories help students understand fundamental engineering behaviors through practical investigation. Together, these laboratories create a strong ecosystem for experiential learning, research, and industry-oriented skill development.
